Argh, e-shopping can be so frustrating sometimes. I've already lost out on 3 sprees, all of which failed cos the items were either OOS during shipping or cannot be ordered via the different shipping merchandisers. So forget about this…

and this…

I'm glad I bought the Threadless tee, though. Sighs. May the bag and baseball tee suffice for now. Maybe I should participate in the GSS after all. Boohoos.

It's God-sent. is having a limited period sale, from today till 15 June. Snow White and I broke our frugal oath and went ahead with a tee each. We should be shot in the head for spending even when broke. Really.

Anyways on a lighter note, here are some screenshots of our tees. Threadless' really expanding their ingenious ideas by including these "Type" tees, which are really just slogan tees. They used to only stock up on graphics.

This should be mine in a few wks' time, if all goes well. I like how apt the slogan captures my personality. And it's in gold, the colour of the season, mind you. Hehe.

This is Snow White's. It's such a cute slogan, one that I'll always remember when I take out the poor shrivelled pickle from my Whopper Jr.

Ahh, this is our alternative tees if the above goes OOS. Seeing how we are 100% behind the Spanish team this World Cup, the slogan was really to apt to resist. It says: This is in Spanish when you're not looking. (I don't really get the humour behind it, if there was any to begin with).

Oh, they were only $19.80 each including shipping. Damn, maybe I should have gotten 2 instead. Hurhur.

I *heart* her sandals! I wonder where they're from. Maybe I should stop buying Havas and Birkens and settle for this strappy-casual sandals.

The reason I post all the pictures above is this: the Chanel Luxury bowling bag. They both have the same one. It's really adorable and versatile. Hey Snow White, maybe we should aim for this. Mwahaha.

Right. We barely have enough to cover for the upcoming KL trip. 😦

It's a pity we don't have the four seasons here. Otherwise, our wardrobe would be categorized according to them. It's the World Cup fever too. It's sweltering hot in Germany cos I overheard the commentator saying it was 30 degrees? Serious? In the Holland vs Serbia-Montenegro match last night SIngapore time, two Dutch dudes clad in smart pale blue shirt and black pants were perspiring so much that the camera caught them wiping their faces with yellow sponges. I thought that was hilarious.

But I guess in Hollywood USA where the word World Cup doesn't even exist in their vocab, the celebs revel in the summer heat with ultra short dresses that can be qualified as tunic tops for more conservative peeps like me. It's a good thing they pair it with low-slung belts. That's hot.

Mrs Becksie, seen here spending away her hubby's pounds in Madrid. I love her sky blue Birkins tote and low-slung brown belt. I wonder who her stylist is.

Miss Lindsay Parent Trap. I'm digging her chunky watch and moss-green flats. The dress/top looks like PJs.

Miss Kate Druggie Moss. The huge frames make her look like Nicole Richie at one glance. Out of all the short dress outfits, I like this one the best. Althouh if I were to wear it, I'd look like a sack of potatoes like the woman behind her. A pity.

If Katie's dress is the best, then Lindsie's dress has gotta win hands-down for the worst. It's too short for a short dress. Pucci's psychedelic prints made it worse. But the necklace (if you squint) is nice.

Anyways, what do you call these short summer dresses? Are they even dresses? Or are they tunics meant to be worn over something but these celebs are just experimenting it without anything below? Hmms. It's just not something to be worn by everyday people. People will either think you're some hooker at Geylang or you forgot to wear your pants. I'll be shocked if I see this trend along Orchard Road.

This was a real quickie. Snow White and I have been praying for a Delias spree and when we saw one tonight, we were real delighted. 😀 We each got ourselves the fabulous baseball tee below. A bonus, too since it's a mere $25 (excluding shipping), especially when its from the best tee-shirt maker: Junkfood.

Sweet. I can't wait to pair this with cuffed jeans and my new OP flip flops in black. Grins.

There were a few sprees this past week. I've been caught by the Great Online Sale. Snow white disturbed my sleep this morning at 4am with this SMS: Babe! Got f21 spree by orangysun on sgspree using comgateway! We have been waiting for an f21 spree since forever cos we fell in love with the top below. We love how the sleeves were given an update. It's longer than usual but not elbow-sleeved. And it's got runches at the sides. I trust orangysun 2 days ago, I ordered my AE items and they fell thru nicely. Lastly, we both trust comgateway cos of their efficiency of being the middleman. Note: VConcierge was horrible. My previous f21 order got cancelled.

The few items I've bought recently. All prices quoted in Sg dollars including shipping fees.

F21 Heathered Knit Top in yellow. $22.

AE Sunset T in pale blue. $21 plus (AE was having 15% off on top of clearance items)

AE Campside Bag. $36.

I hope this time round all my orders get thru. My fears for them? That the f21 top would be very translucent and too tight. I'm scared the AE T might be a little on the tight side, too, since their lean cuttings usually require a size bigger than your usual but the L sizes are OOS. Lastly, I'm afraid the AE bag would be too big/cottony/impractical. Oh, wells. There's always Auctions to sell them away. But I hope I wont have to resort to that. ~_~
